Implementation Plan Gottlieb has done an amazing job on planning for SCF’s future. Through their core concepts she has developed programs and tools for their employees. Pilot programs to develop relationship building and future goals. Gottlieb developed these programs and continued implementing them through the years. Through great culture development with her teams she created continuous ongoing job improvements. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
