4.1 Purpose of Human Resource Funtion. Human resource Resource management Management (HMR) is the science of human management that it based on the professions to choose and employ appropriate, profitable employees in the job. HRM plays a very important role, decisive for the existence of businesses. It connects the labor forces in the parts of the enterprise to create a business development. 4.2 Key Roles and Responsibilities of Human Resource Function A complete human resource will have the following function: Build a professional image to attract new potential employees. Skillful selection and staffing appropriate to the recruitment target. Facilitate and develop strategies to retain employees. Create new training for the purpose of quick and creative in the work. Provide information related to employees and implement services that benefit employees. Always update the situation to staff planning to meet organizational strategy objectives. Declare other employees and create conditions for employees to develop their full potential for the job. Connect the relationship between the harmonious staff. 4.3 ‘Best Fit’ approach or ‘Best Practice’ The best HRM model is the combination of best fit and best practice. The best practice approach that a model chosen by good candidates and highly committed personnel. Best practice activities are mutually beneficial activities that generate energy levels that work well. (Kimble, 2016). Kimble reported that Best fit argues that HR strategy is related to the combination of employee duties, the value of the company. Example for best fit and best practice:
