and then later if the narrator will be able to get the cops out of  his house before he gets caught. I was curious to know how  come it took the police so long to get there if the neighbors  called in that they heard screaming because chopping up a  mans body and hiding it under the floor does not seem like it  would be a fast job to complete and then also clean up after.  3. The major characters in Baldwin's story are called Mama, Daddy, and Sonny (the older  brother is never named or even nicknamed). How do these names affect our sense of the  story? How has your name in life affected your own life story? These name affect the way we sense the story because it pulls  all the focus on Sonny and the troubles and demons of these  brothers and not who they are but where they come from and  what they have to overcome. We do not need to know their  names or every detail of their life but we can feel the pain and  the struggle to be free from the hurt and power over  themselves that they can not always control or stop. Baldwin

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
