TEAM PROGRESS 3 What are the roles and responsibilities of each team member? Team Leader: Lisa Henninger will work to establish and maintain all communication channels, ensuring effective oversight of the team. As the team leader, she will determine that all roles are fulfilled as required and that responsibilities are distributed equally across the team. Team members will submit their work and as the team leader, Lisa Henninger will collaborate the submissions for the Team Editor to review. The team leader will bear overall responsibility of the final submission, and must develop processes to ensure all team members are able to provide final review and inputs before submission. Team Editor: Sean Grimes will review team assignments to determine that they meet the course requirements and syllabus grading. The team editor will ensure that spelling and grammar errors are corrected prior to submission. Although the assignment is not required to be in APA formatting the editor will ensure the assignment is presented professionally. The team editor will receive the collaborated submissions for the assignment prior to the due date with enough time to evaluate it for correctness. Team Visionary: Douglas Bellew will provide the construction of the PowerPoint slides. Team members will provide the information required for their portion of the assignment. Douglas will collaborate the submissions to create a final slide show that is fluid in presentation. The final presentation will be within the assignment guidelines and meet the classrooms grading rubric requirements.
