To do that you must consider followings:

3) Create a sample Data Dictionary for the ERD (for one entity only) which must contain- Entity Attribute Description Type Length Key Reservation Reserve_ID ID of reservation AutoNumbe r 255 Primar y key Reservation Borrower# ID of Borrower Short Text 255 Reservation B_ISBN ISBN of Book Short Text 255 4) Use MS Access and Create a Blank Access database and name it as DB_LIS. 5) Create all the tables required (refer to your ERD entities) in DB_LIS. Tables created in MS Access 6) Name the tables as Tb_Borrower, Tb_BooksTitle, etc Names given to tables in MS Access 7) Choose appropriate Fields (refer to you ERD; attributes of the entities) and Data types in properties of the tables

8) Fill at least 3 records in each table Book Borrower Individual Loan

Reservation 9) Create a relationship between the tables, and make a query to get records for the books’ Borrower’s name, Book Title, Author, and the Due Date which are from same publisher.
