first to have contact with the outside world, we have to be more responsible for taking care of it. As this essay explains, all the nutrition that are needed for a healthier-looking skin are in the fruits and vegetable food group. What else, they are all very accessible at the local grocery store. Just because you spend hundreds, even thousands of dollars on skin products that promises different things, if you don’t take care of the inside with the proper nutrients, it is a waste of money. The skin products work best with the balanced nutrients. The products are merely assisting the essential nutrients making the skin look and feel better. So the next time you go grocery shopping, make sure you stop by the produce section and let your skin reflect your inner health!
