Life insurance to cover expenses if something tragic were to happen to Sally. Health savings account to save to those unforeseen medical expenses. A 401k with employer match to save for retirement. Profit sharing as well as an employee stock purchase plan are also ways employees can expand their retirement investments. Sally will want the family medical, dental, and vision coverage. With such a large family, all children need these coverages throughout various phases in their lives. Life insurance would also be essential for Sally and her family. In the event that Sally died unexpectedly, she would like to know that her family would not be burdened by bills, etc. A health savings account is something that may not appeal to Sally and her family needs. If Sally is generally good with managing her finances then this can be an option that Sally chooses to go without. Retirement is of a great concern to Sally, for this reason should would elect to take part in the company 401k. With the company matching a certain contribution it would be free money that Sally simply could not pass up. Profit sharing as well as an employee stock purchase plan may also be something that Sally decides to pass on. She may be happy with her 401k contributions and choose to leave it at that. One final benefit that would suit Sally and her lifestyle would be travel privileges. Many companies provide this benefit to their immediate family members as well. Reference
