The data model used in this phase is a conceptual data model (conceptual schema). This provides a semantic view of the organization. It includes all the entities and the relationships between each entity and all the attributes are defined. The output of this phase is conceptual data model which is an input to the Design phase. Please identify one additional format/version of the SDLC life cycle methodology. There are a number of different Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies to guide our project plan. One of which is the Agile Model where the project or product development is divided into tasks which are time framed i.e, the Agile model has a series of iterations and each iteration has Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance. The outcome of each iteration would be a specific feature release (which is an iterative approach). So, each build is incremental in terms of features. The final build(iteration) would be a complete product required by the customer. The Agile Model is an adaptive model. There is no detailed planning or system requirements as I mentioned before it is feature driven approach it adapts to the new requirements dynamically.
