Lastly, the fourth theory the criminologists use in crime evaluation is the interactionist theory. The interactionist theory involves the belief that relating to other criminals is one of the key factors resulting or contributing to criminal behavior among individuals within the society (Akers, 2017). The other belief under this theory is that the failure of inadequate social roles and self-direction are the root cause of some inhuman behaviors.
