iii. Create Official Documents (Letters, Certificates, and Official Recognitions) with the approval of the CEO and other involved officers, and is to ensure the prompt submission of the Activity Reports to the respective offices. iv. Manage the receipt, disbursal, archiving and transferring at the end of his term of all Official Documents and correspondence. v. Ensure the creation, documentation, collection and prompt submission of Activity Reports for every event and gives a copy to every officer.

§8. The Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) is responsible for the marketing efforts, public relations, and communications of the organization. The CMCO shall be the Head of The Department of Marketing and Communications (DMC). Aligned with this, the CMO shall have the following mandates: A. On the or ganization’s Marketing efforts: i. Leads the creation, design and management of marketing communication mediums such as promotions and advertising. ii. Responsible for the creation of programs and events intended for the improvement of the organization, its reputation, and brand. iii. Develop a profound integrated marketing and communications strategy that emanates JO’s mission, vision, and values. C. On the or ganization’s Public Relations and Communications: iv. Responsible for the dissemination of organization-related news and information towards all fellows. v. Develop, implement, and moderate communications plan (both external and internal messaging) including email, social media, blog posts and speeches. vi. Responsible with the inquiries of the fellows and frequently inquire their concerns regarding the organization. vii. Advise and participate in decisions that may impact the current reputation of the organization. viii. Manage the internal and external communications risks and opportunities of the organization. ix. Create valuable connection with other organizations and different sectors of the society. x. Manage crisis communications when and if necessary. xi. Act as the primary contact person of external entities.

§9. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the Financial Management of the organization. The CFO shall be the Head of The Department of Finance (DOF). Aligned with this, the CFO shall have the following mandates: A. On Financial Risk Management: i. Ensure that the funds of the organization are on a stable or optimal status. ii. Responsible for budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. iii. Ensure that fees required for events are reasonable enough for execution. B. On Financial Planning, Record-keeping, and Financial Reporting: i. Responsible for Fund-Raising and Auditing. ii. Ensure that proceeds from fund-raising events are effectively collected and reported.
