Public Health 13 The hazardous environment is another common issue facing by children residing in London Borough. The hazardous environment is attributed to smoking tobacco into closed spaces especially at home by parents that increase the risk of developing respiratory diseases like Asthma, COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and many other illnesses. It is important to promote effective environment in order to prevent these diseases and to improve overall quality of life of people. Malnutrition Malnutrition issue is also considered as a major health issue in London Borough among people of different age groups. Obesity is becoming a major issue among people, and it is caused due to poor dietary patterns and lack of physical activity. It is a serious problem not only in this particular areas but all over the world. Therefore, it is important for health and social care organisations to develop strategies to prevent obesity. Controlling obesity will also decrease the incidence of severe chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension (Bevan, and Hood, 2016, p. 512). In the end, it is important for the health and social care organizations of London Borough that these health hazards need to be prevented, controlled and managed on a priority basis. It is believed that planning and intervention need to take seriously in order to meet and address these health priorities. 3.2 Health care settings in the United Kingdom will always come with new strategies and policies in order to fight with existed diseases in the community (Bevan, and Hood, 2016, p. 512).

It helps the patients and their caregiver to understand problems and makes the best choices related to the care and treatment they receive. These services include health care at home, providing equipment and financial support to patients with breast cancer and their family members. Information is considered as an important factor that is given by social health care workers that helps them to make choices. Quality of service provision Health care professionals assess the quality of health care services they provide to women with breast cancer. Different health care centres in the UK provide psychological support to women with breast cancer that play an important role in improving their quality of life. Besides this, services provided to women suffer with breast cancer are not only restricted to physical therapy such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy but services like therapist, and psychologist are also given to them that help them to deal with stress caused by the presence of breast cancer.
