invested by various interests. Immediately when the 107 came in place, it was purely divided, and democrats and republicans were fighting on how to regulate bills and the entire process of bill verification. The house committee activities end up being bypassed leading to more complications in the entire legislative process.

6 Once the house committee process is omitted law makers do not give the public an opportunity to participate in the entire legislative process. America is a democratic country and requires the public to be actively involved in the process of legislation. Congress are elected by the public and to limit representation of personal interests the public should be given an opportunity to contribute and examine all bills before they are presented in the chambers.S some bills are oppressive and if the public is not given an opportunity the possibilities of conflicts in the country is increased. The public is limited from gaining access to deep explanations as to why some legislations seem complex. Another consequence of Unorthodox Lawmaking is that it limits the use of an expert in developing up effective regulations which can be used in transforming the country. The congress men and women may decide to take up matters at their own and keep off all experts who are supposed to advise about the result impacts once bills are passed into law. For example, an organization led by experts like courts may find it challenging to determine what Congress was aiming at when developing certain policies (Sinclair, 2016). Also, Congress may draft up laws which are difficulty to understand subjecting the courts to massive confusions and challenging moments trying to determine what should be done. Coherence may be not be included in most of the legislation in the country because of compromise and individual interests when developing legislation. In most of the parties, the person elected to be the president is always elected as the party leader. Therefore in Unorthodox Lawmaking, the president may engage in drafting most of the regulations leading to the massive committee bypass. By 2010 the Republicans gained control in the house, and they increased the number of open rules (Sinclair, 2016). Increase in open rules made that the legislative process is not facing many challenges as a result of existing complex rules.

7 Ultimately, because of the increasing political change in the country, the legislative process is likely to change. Unorthodox Lawmaking takes place as a result of change in the congress policies to accommodate more changes in the legislative process. Transparency and accountability is diminishing since bill committees are not taking place effectively to give the public and experts an opportunity to oversee the legislative process.
