This was not written or explained correctly, as it should have read, “the delivery loads should be put away by the delivery department until the merchandiser arrives at the store, at which point, the merchandiser will finish putting the load away.” This ineffective communication not only caused much confusion within the delivery and merchandising department, but the store directors were upset with our service and lack of communication as well. The following three areas you want to keep in mind, during an interview that will help you show professionalism. First, you should be on time, if not early for your interview, employers will assume that if you can’t show up to your interview on time, you will not be punctual if hired. Second, you should dress for the occasion, business casual at very least, your appearance will say plenty about how seriously you want this opportunity.
