Then after that I would develop healthy smoothies so that customers can have more varieties of health options. Strengths would make Taco Bell on the same level as McDonalds. But the healthy smoothie would make it build brand awareness. Weaknesses would also make Taco Bell follow in the same unconscious unhealthy menu items. Opportunities would make Taco Bell have both healthy and unhealthy choices making them still a head of the game.
