the business practices are highly influenced by Confucianism, and doing business in China enables us to see that. Thus, learning about Confucianism and its influence in the Chinese society is crucial. When doing business abroad, any international business person, company or organization can make use of cross cultural understanding as an important tool. Culture does play an important role, and recognizing and understanding the existence of cultural differences and similarities is unquestionably valuable and helpful.
