likely consequences of weaknesses in these activities in terms of HCO strategic performance  measures (Exhibits 1.11, p. 28, and 4.3, p. 114)? They are all equally important because build the retention, training and development of the associate  resource. The workplace planning allows the organization adequate time to respond to changes in the  exchange environment with replacement, increases, or decreases in numbers of associates. The  workforce development provide the foundation of a service excellence program and return on  investment from these programs are high. Workforce maintenance provides a competitive service and a  safe, comfortable environment, counseling and mediating grievances. These are to name a few and  show how they contribute. I feel like the one most difficult to accomplish would be the compensation and  benefits management because it would be hard to control or change certain things to keep the  organization and employees happy at all times. Some of the weaknesses would be keeping updated  information available and the resources and staff to keep everything flowing. Also, another thing would  be organization, customer satisfaction and financial performance, I feel this may fall short a lot of times  and cause a lot of problems (White and Griffith, p 350).  2.
