Since human resources and managers impact each other, they must collaborate for a company to be successful and they must analyze the organizational behavior of the employee’s. Both parties must ensure the tension and attitudes are kept under control or to a minimum. Management must make sure all employees are doing what they are paid to do regardless if the employees may get along or not. Management also monitors the company’s profit based on the study or monitoring of organizational behavior. Furthermore, managing organizational behavior helps to keep the employees, and minimize turn overs, and maximize profits, and continue to see the company grow ( Burma, 2014). Conclusion Overall, Justin should remain open to working with a diversity of members on his team to produce effective and efficient outcomes towards their goal of creating a new program for their company. The beneficial impact of having a diversity of members on a team can overcome the negative challenges when everyone works together and aim to reach their main goal. The different beliefs, ages, and orientations can help form new ideas for the project while human resources already have policies and practices in line to keep everyone working without crossing boundaries and damaging the integrity and work ethic of the team. 8
