ii. To develop a mobile application to drive safe with GPS and mobile data monitoring. iii. The mobile application will reward for accumulated points on health targets and safe driving targets achievement. iv. The mobile application to give an alert when detecting unsafe driving manner. b) Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable, Timeliness i. Using Celcom Smart Health to capture daily footsteps, exercise, food and drinks, rest, weight, blood pressure, heart rate monitoring. Some guidelines may be provided for body detoxify with application health trainer assistance. Points can be collet base on targets achieve and will accumulate in the application. ii. Using Celcom Drive Safe to capture drive safe attitudes, points able to collect if the user enables the apps with mobile data and integrated GPS. As an example, a driver must be connected with a headset before starting the drive will reward 1 point. iii. By using mobile screen detection, motion sensor, GPS in phone and mobile data will detect the driver is driving or stop at traffic lights when driver driving without pressing handphone will reward points during arriving at the destination. The system may detect and able the driver to pick up the call with a headset, or will alert the driver if any violation movement during driving. iv. Points accumulated from both application and reward will be given such as a discount on healthy food purchase-including fruits and vegetables in selected grocery stall, extra credits or data for the mobile account, discount on account bill payment, discount on healthy meal and beverages at the selected restaurant or beverage stalls, etc. v. The application system to be proposed within 1 month with the budget and to offer the seller to join the programme with certain rewards and get approval from the top management team. This progress will take up to 2 months. Development of a
40 mobile application for IOS and Andriod user will that take up to 3 months. Total timelines of launching the application to users will take an estimate of 6 months. 5.0 Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning Strategy 5.1 Objective 1 Criteria Gain 35% of the distribution market share in Malaysia for the telecommunication sector before quarter 4 of the year 2023. Segmentation Geographical segmentation. Targeting Group 1) Existing Celcom customers. 2) New customers join Celcom. 3) The student in school, college, university. Target Reason 1) Maintain existing customer without loss of existing customer by enhancing the services with more stability of services and attractive package. 2) New customers will join if introduce and promote by existing customers based on their satisfaction, attractive packages and rewards. 3) To help student getting the latest information from the internet to enhance their learning skills, education, information and ideas in their study and assignment.
