A huge flaw I admit to having is that I am not leisurely at all.  When I do  something for fun, I would eventually feel guilty that I am not being prolific. In  addition, I tend to be reserved and not as outspoken as I should be. It takes time  for me to open up and become comfortable with people. These can become  major hindrances in terms of my career if I do not tend to these issues.   There are several solutions in order to improve my interpersonal skills. I  can act less restricted when meeting new people by opening up more. I tend to

be cautious at times when I should simply just be neutral and shape my opinions  rather than judge by first impressions.  My lack of relaxation and free time causes  me to be very tense and stressed, despite my slight enjoyment in working under  pressure. Through all the activities and evaluations that have been conducted this  past semester, I believe that I have obtained a good grasp of my leadership and  personality style.  Prior to these exercises, I had been oblivious as to how I act as  a person and teammate.  These analyses will allow me to emphasize on my  strengths and improve on my weaknesses, making me a more prepared person  for the future.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
