PACIFIC: DECISION-MAKING POWER 5 understanding their strengths and weaknesses can expand perspectives on how to do tasks better and quicker toward the end goal by delegating decision-making powers to them. There are many options for processes and approaches like asking questions and problem-solving to ensure success is had when delegating this power. However, and ultimately, the success of decision- making delegation lies upon the right person and factors like communication, detail orientation, experience and skills to make the right decision to delegate for each task.
