1.Blancero faces a more complicated decision when she is evaluating the personal requests of employees than evaluating work performance. Unlike the work performance evaluation there are no regulated roles on the flexible scheduling and time-off, so she does not know which situation she should consider as a priority. 2.According to text, the objectives of benefit programs are improving employee work satisfaction, meeting employee heath and security requirements,attracting and motivating employees retaining top-performing employees, and maintaining a favorable competitive position.However, there are people who try to get "special privileges" and use the policies. It is tasks with less number of workers, so it cause other people to work more to finish some tasks on time.Also, it may encourage other employees to feel the need to have "special Privileges". Therefore,granting flexible work schedules should be regulated. 3.The policy should contain the kind of activities that can be excused.For example, the activity should be related to supporting their family rather than a hobby.Moreover , it should contain the period of time allowed in some special cases,like maternity leave. In order to encourage for employees to work hard,some special excuses should have different level of acceptances.For example, Teresa Wheatly, who is manager with valuable and good performance, can be qualified for the more flexible hours. Blancero should ensure that the benefit programs support to organization's overall goals, while delivering benefits in an efficient and financial manner. 4.Blancero cannot accept all time-off request of her employees because her department is getting busier, due to company's extension and increased customers demands.Therefore, she needs to evaluate the situations in order to decide priorities .
