or between-person, etc.)? What is the sample/participants? What are your study’s procedures? Correlation research, I’m looking for high school students between age 14-19 to allow for a lesser impact with how money can affect their likelihood of doing selfless acts. A survey posted on social media with several questions allowing me to quantify someone’s likelihood of doing a selfless act, and then comparing it to their motivations. This survey would ask questions such as; How many hours do you work a week?, how many hours do you volunteer monthly?, allowing me to have a broader view of all the factors in this study. Limitations: What are the weaknesses of your study? What should be taken into account when interpreting the results of your study? What other limitations exist for your study? My biggest weakness would be generalizability since I need to do it through an online survey, also since I’m only surveying children from the age of 14-19. That there may be an underlying reason that has more effect than the ones that I ask about. Since this is an online survey people could lie about whether they would do this selfless act or not, which could skew my results.
