3. Retraining: Retraining is the process of providing training to persons who underwent training earlier in their job. 15.5 INTEXT QUESTIONS 1. Briefly analyse the training strategies of Aegis BPO 2. It differs from but it related with education and development. Job needs, technical progress, organizational changes, and internal mobility etc., require training. Training provides advantages of higher productivity, better quality, less learning period, cost reduction, less supervision, less accidents, high morale, personal growth and organizational climate. Training is beneficial to employees in the form of self-confidence, higher earnings, safety, adoptability, promotion and new skills. Orientation, job safety, promotional, refresher and remedial are types of training. There are two methods of job training offered to the employees are on the job training and off the job training. Evaluation of training is necessary and it can be made on the basis of reactions, rearing, behavior and performance. Clear objectives, proper policy, motivation, reinforcement, organized material, long period prepared instructions, feedback, practice and appropriate techniques are the principles of effective training.
