She understands customer needs but has trouble understanding what goes on behind the scenes of the restaurant. Danielle should improve her number skills by practicing and getting more involved in this area of the restaurant. Patrick is very versatile. He can work in any role assigned and knows his way around the business. He is very good with numbers, but lacks human skills. He is not very enthusiastic towards customers. Patrick needs to work on his socializing skills by trying to be more enthusiastic and happy when interacting with customers. Also, a key factor to improve skills is for everyone to learn from one another. Each employee has different strengths and weaknesses. 3. Andy is a teacher and a coach. He is always focused on his employees and genuinely wants them to improve and become better. He puts a great deal of thought on the enjoyment of one’s experience but not very much on the value. He does not increase prices or cut corners. This is due to his lack of Technical skills. He is not great with numbers, so I assume he avoids this category all together. Andy proves that you do not need all three skills to be successful. He only possesses human and conceptual skills but yet runs a successful business.
