Another example of a substantial interest group is the MADD organization, which helps provide support, therapy, and resources to individuals who have been victims of drunk driving, or instances where someone was under the influence. I feel like an organization such as MADD should be highly advocated, and promoted, due to their message. An example of how lawmaking is being influenced is the many drinking laws that are being implemented. Laws that monitor anyone under the influence, as well as checking the blood, and alcohol levels are dedicated to ensure the safety of others. As well as the many different outcomes in court, that is in favor of the victim’s side. In conclusion, I feel that there are certain factors that influence the law- making process. I feel that in some ways unfortunately everyone’s interest in not being looked out for. In some ways I feel that biased individuals, or people who “buy” or “bribe” their way to get something they want is wrong. Although in order for things to change, there will have to be some serious consideration, as well as concern for others in the law making process.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
