Mobile Home Park Master Meter Upgrade Qualifying mobile home parks or manufactured housing communities will be eligible for an upgrade in meters and distribution systems for more safe and reliable energy delivery. Yes - If enrolled in time for current pilot program. No additional action is necessary. Climate Smart Program Customers who enroll in Climate Smart contribute a monthly, tax-deductible donation based on their actual energy usage that fund projects in California that reduce or absorb greenhouse gases.
