When will I know if my school’s excursion to Riverina EEC won’t be going ahead? Your school will be notified as soon as possible. You will be notified by telephone or other communication depending on when Riverina EEC is advised that the catastrophic fire danger rating has been issued. The school will not receive this information until after school has finished on the day before the rating takes effect. Your school will decide what information to pass on to parents and carers. Please provide your current home or after hours contact to Riverina EEC with your confirmation of visit and student welfare return.
