Having more sales and more customers makes you more superior and popular than the other. The business world is on constant storm to see who will be able to get the lots of customers. Competitive advantage has been defined as “something that the firm does better than its competitors that give it an edge in serving customers’ needs and/or maintaining mutually satisfying relationships with important stakeholders” (Ferrell, 2012). Competitions gives the company the edge they need to attract plenty customers. The urge to prevail make the works comes out better. Competitions can make a company more better since they are striving to be the best out of all the similar company out in the business world. 8

Chapter 3 AN ASSESSMENT ON THE BRAND PERCEPTION AMONG YOUNG PROFESSIONALS Abstract In a world of global competition that we are existing nowadays, brands are each time more used by companies as a approach to create value and discrepancy and this way to be one step ahead of their rivals. Branding is amid of those marketing gadgets which are assumed to be used for only large-size companies or organizations. Our study is a work to appropriate this division among large and small enterprises and verifying it with the support of branding models and theoretical literature liable on our experimental findings. In this regard, the research aimed to determine how numerous factors influence the perception of young professionals towards branding? And to know how branding will influence the customer’s buying behavior and the value of the product. Also, to increase more information on how a specific brand put price in the product and the customers will find it effective and worth it. To reach the purpose of our study, we used the qualitative research approaches technique in this regard. The methodology used to gather this paper is presented in Chapter 3, in order to simplify how an effective methodological philosophy can subsidize the successful production of an un-bias and critically study, as well as understand the process experienced by the author to reach the appropriate conclusion. After the data gathering, the results showed how much influence and how the factors affect the consumer buying behavior. Keywords: branding, perception, factors 9

Introduction Some business in the world are booming, while others are deteriorating. It is either because of poor customer service, or because of the brand of the product that the company is selling. In which cases, the subject we are about to indulge in, is about how customers treats a product and what kind of effect it will do to the value of the product. Brands are something akin to categorizing which is better when it comes to products. Though they are the same as any other, the prices are much higher, and the service is to the utmost satisfaction. The customer is what makes the company and its product.
