Communication Framework and Training Plan11Training MethodsThe implementation of the training methods mentioned above will be initiated withpresentations done for upper management where each director and manager will be providedwith additional training documents and videos to further develop their communication andcollaboration skills.These presentations are to be done in person as that is one of the mostefficient ways to develop communication skills as well as provide opportunities for relationshipbuilding which is a major key in collaborative success (Velumyan, 2019).The additionaltraining resources for management will be designed to encourage more communication andcollaboration starting within their own teams which will build internal morale and cohesionwhich then aid in cooperation across departments (Malahosky, 2019).Training will trickle downthe ranks through engagement learning and coaching from management which will supplementthe large-scale training provided to staff.The training provided to lower levels will be initiated through quarterly presentations onproper communication and collaboration which will build upon what is learned from the trainingcourses sent to employees.It is most efficient to provide large-scale training as all departmentscontain substantial staff sizes which make the recommended training methods for managementdifficult to do without larger budgets.For the new cross-department team to be developed, theseindividuals will be trained in a similar manner to management as this team will act as the liaisonbetween the various departments and as such will require deep knowledge in effectivecommunication and collaboration with multiple groups.Much of this training will be ongoingthrough several video conferences and training sessions which will be addressed in quarterlymeetings.These meetings will also be done in-person when possible to encourage relationshipbuilding and provide familiar interaction.
Communication Framework and Training Plan12All these methods are to build upon the idea that the best way to improve communicationis through personable, familiar interactions and engagements (How to improve communication,n.d.)As mentioned above, upper management and select staff and middle management will beprovided with opportunities to cross-develop in different departments to further their skillsets aswell as develop relationships to encourage complete company-wide cooperation.These will alsobe perfect plot points for social media posts that are to reinforce the idea that BOLDFlash is anall-inclusive family environment.
