If you feel strongly about an older topic, please approach instructor.The ailing company has hired you as a consultant to come in and sort out the problem. You are going to carefully analyse the problem and craft a research report approximately 1400-1800 words in length (main content of the document not including Letter of Transmittal, Title Page, Exec Summary, References, and so on) which is going to tell the senior management what went wrong with the misbehaving employees, and how organization should remedy the situation.
