This will enable them to set up other sub-companies in the other countries. 2.23 Branding and advertising The HR is responsible in marketing of the company and should set aside a program of advertising their goods either online or via print media or TVs. They should create blogs and social media platforms to market their products. This will enable the company to deliver the business strategy.
