When and how to submit your work Due via online submission by 5:00pm AEST 31 January 2020. - Summative assessment task 3 Summative Assessment Task 3 (Individual) Brief description of assessment task Each student shall: - Peer review team members' contributions - 750 words (10%); and - Submit a written self-reflection on the student's experience of working in a team over the trimester - 1,750 words (20%) Students will: - submit an individual peer review of the contributions of their team members to both the team dynamics and the report proposal. - write a self-reflective assignment using Tuckman's model of group dynamics as the framework. Detailed descriptions of this Assessment Task will be placed on online. Detail of student output Students will : - peer assess each of their team members contribution to the team dynamics and completion of their team project. - write a self reflective assignment on their experience in their team over the trimester, using Tuckman's model as the framework. Grading and weighting (% total mark for unit) 30% This task assesses your achievement of these Unit Learning Outcome(s) ULO2: Utilising existing frameworks demonstrate an understanding of, and distinguish between, effective and ineffective team behaviour. ULO3: Recognise and reflect on your and your team members participation over the trimester.

How and when you will receive feedback on your work Ongoing communication with other team members and the lecturer will occur throughout the trimester in the lead-up to the peer assessment of the team report and its associated team processes. When and how to submit your work Due via online submission by 5:00pm AEST Thursday 6 February 2020. Your learning experiences in this Unit - and your expected commitment To be successful in this unit, you must: Read all materials in preparation for your classes or seminars, and follow up each with further study and research on the topic; Start your assessment tasks well ahead of the due date; Read or listen to all feedback carefully, and use it in your future work; Attend and engage in all timetabled learning experiences as follows: Scheduled learning activities - campus Scheduled learning activities - cloud Online independent and collaborative learning activities including weekly attendance at team meetings and 9 scheduled online seminars This unit is wholly online and therefore there are no on campus lectures or tutorials to attend. However, students are expected to regularly attend weekly team meetings and contribute to team discussions using the unit site resources.
