This means that your superiors expect the bulk of your report to focus on how claimsmaking unfolds on each side of the issue over recommendations as to what position your clients should take. To write this report, you will need to collect 12 public documents (TV reports, newspaper articles, youtube videos, blogs, etc.) six for each side of your social problem. You will perform a content analysis of these documents to unpack the claimsmaking process. The report must draw on your content analysis and at least 4 scholarly sources from class , and should ultimately make an argument about what the senators can expect to encounter and navigate from people on both sides of the issue. Your paper must address the following questions: What is social constructionism, and what does it mean to approach social problems from a constructionist perspective? What is the social problem, as defined by each side? Do opponents of each side present a relatively consistent set of claims, or are the sides characterized by a diversity of claims? Do
