someone who can do the work, but also someone who can interact with clients, associates, and partners and be part of a team.” • “I think the firm recruits at a relatively small group of elite law schools. Good grades, journal experience, etc., certainly help, and the firm is very committed to attracting former clerks. The DC office is the most competitive.” • “Journal experience is valued, as are clerkships. The firm loves clerks, and the partners will totally help you secure one if you ask. The firm’s personality type is ‘kind,’ but beyond that I really can’t see any unifying factor. My class ranges from really outgoing people to shy bookworms, but we all get along and are really supportive of one another.” • “Prestige in terms of law school seems like a highly-weighed factor.” Interview Questions • “What is your five-year plan?
