4. Record views on flipchart discussing and exploring responses given by the group ensuring that the responses are assertive and create a win/win outcome. Ideal responses should include: Billy should speak to Joe to explain how he is feeling and why he needs the money back. Joe is able to explain calmly why he has not yet paid him back. Both agree for Joe to pay the money back (maybe in a few days). Learn from experience; is it a good idea to lend money? Communicate – be clear about thoughts and feelings to improve the friendship.
