textbooks are “Computing Essentials” and “Microsoft Office 2016 Excel”. Quizzes Will be from the “Computing Essentials” textbook. They will be timed exams that will require that you complete the exam in one sitting. The quizzes will be open book and open notes. You are also not allowed to look anything up on the internet during the quizzes. No late or make-up quizzes. Homework Homework assignments will consist of Excel readings, quizzes and projects from the “Microsoft Office 2016 Excel” textbook. Late projects will receive up to 20% penalty. Projects that are late for more than one week will not be accepted and will not receive any credit. No late quizzes. Final Exam There will be one on-line final exam. The final exam will be a comprehensive exam that will encompass all the semester’s material from “Computing Essentials”. You will be given 2.5 hours to complete the exam. The exam must be completed in one sitting. The exam will be open book and open notes. You are also not allowed to look anything up on the internet during the exam. No make-up final exam. 1
