experience discomfort through cramps, headaches, back pain, mood swings, or pimple breakouts. This might be a frightening event for some girls because they have never dealt with this before. On the other hand, puberty for boys is a lot different than it is for girls. Some of the changes in a boy might include his voice getting deeper, muscles developing and chest getting broader. One of the most noticeable changes in a boy includes him growing a large amount of hair on his legs, chest, underarms, and his face. Some boys might feel insecure about having lots of hair in places such as their legs, because hairy legs can be considered unattractive. As an adolescent going through puberty, I find it embarrassing whenever my voice cracks. Puberty is an extremely important process in one’s life, because your body develops several changes that will stay with you for a very long time. Adolescence is the most difficult stage in one’s life for many reasons, such as school, negative pressure, and puberty. School stresses teenagers, because of the amount of work they need to complete, and the decisions they have to make. Negative pressure from the media and peers can confuse adolescence’s mind and make them participate in terrible activities, or make them feel
