Next, the recruitment will also need to work with an EEO representative or unit to help todiversify the organization. In a community with a high percentage of minorities, the lack of representation can cause the company a plethora in future lawsuits. Recruitment will need to be aware of deficiencies causing a lack of diversity in the workforce. In a 48% minority community, there is no reason for the organization to be lacking minority representation.

Though the company promotes from within according to tenure, Motors and More should look to hiring outside for some higher-level positions to prevent lack of diversity in management.Finally, another HRS unit should be focused on handling growth. The demand for more products, as well as the demand for new employees will cause issues within the organization unless properly controlled. There are many other factors that will need to be considered from an HRM standpoint, however, as the organization sets to begin its first HRM unit, these issues should be dealt with before tackling newer or more complex issues, like strategic placement.
