Mariner Hall, located just next to the Yarnall Ath- letic Center with a picturesque view of the athletic fi elds, is a four-story, suite style residence hall. Th e building is coed by fl oor and has a study lounge, game room, common bathrooms, and accommo- dations for 96 students. Each suite consists of three double bedrooms, a kitchenette, and two full bath- rooms. Rooms are climate controlled, including cen- tral air conditioning. Mariner includes a few single occupancy rooms, but is mostly doubles. Th e Mari- ner Hall Living Community is for up to 30 students and is centered on leadership and involvement. Stu- dents living in the Mariner Hall Living Community will serve as leaders around campus as student-ath- letes, orientation leaders, peer mentors and more. 23 Hall residents to plan community service events and participate in monthly leadership training. (Note: Th e Mariner Hall Living Community does not take up the entire building. Matteson Hall is situated in the forefront as one drives up DiBiasi Road, fl anged by Mariner Hall on one side and Saunders Hall on the other. It o ff ers close proximity to Yarnall Gymnasium and the athletic fi elds. Th e building is a four story, mixed- gender residence with common bathrooms, lounges and laundry facilities. One hundred and twenty-one students live in double rooms and in super singles. Th e Matteson Hall Living Communities will vary by fl oor to fl oor based on interest. Communities around similarities and common interests can include an academic major fl oor, a quiet hall, and more. Simpson Hall is the hub for intellectual curiosity and activity on the upper campus. Students who live in Simpson have their resources to succeed nearby and available at a moment’s notice. Simpson Hall will be host to tutoring and group study opportu- nities and visits from Individualized Services sta ff . Simpson is coed by fl oor with common bathrooms and a popular lounge area. It houses 112 students in double rooms. Saunders Hall overlooks the sand volleyball court and Mitchell Woods, which features lighted walk- ing trails and a cross country course. Th is residence is a four story, mixed-gender building with com- mon bathrooms, lounges and laundry facilities. One hundred and twelve students live in double rooms. Th e Simpson Hall Living Community is centered on aspirational leadership and involvement. Students living in the Saunders Hall Living Community will serve as leaders round campus, have the opportunity to be mentored by a fellow student, and gain useful and impactful experiences in the community.
