I have gained competency in different business features such as time management, team work, leadership etc. In the given table, my professional skills and gathering experience of those skills are provided with specific criteria and time periods. From the above table, my professional skills audit could best describe my personal evaluation. I have also acquired some skills that are not empirically definable but I can definitely see a difference. For example, I am much better at convincing people now than ever before because I read up on emotional intelligence and am applying its principles. At the same time, I am also planning to write my own evaluation on the possessed criteria and skill which help me to produce a strong professional skills audit and make me more experienced in gathering professional skills on the context of my respective organization. 11
LO2 Analyse the factors to be considered when implementing and evaluating inclusive learning and development to drive sustainable business performance P3 Analysing the Differences between Organisational and Individual Learning, Training and Development In order to drive more sustainable performance inside the organisation of Stemcor, there need to improve employee performance by both self-improvement and increasing productivity and this task rested upon on Human resource function to segregate different things so that planning and implementing process would be easy for employees ad manager (Kakabadse, Bank and Vinnicombe, 2014). I am an external learning and development consultant of Stemcor so here the basic difference between organisational and individual learning and also the basic difference between training and development of Stemcor are given below; Organisational learning means not only Stemcor but also other large organisation always prepare a plan to stimulate and cope up with new changes by giving basic training to its employees and teach them how to achieve the organisational goal with competitive business market. But individual learning, on the contrary, self-assessment or individual learning process means an individual own attempt and thirst for knowing new things and where the only goal is to develop personal development. The training process of both individual and organizational accumulates several steps and these are describing by a chart where 1 st find out the area by self-assessment and then deliver the program on the basis of assessment and then finally take training and after that make an evaluation. So the basic distinction in between these 2 learning method is that organization follows a more systematic way and provide training and grooming session following all individuals needs and then make average training and development plan for all that may effective for all employees whereas the process of individual training is all about the planning and self- improvement process based in an unsystematic process where all focus is given on enhancement of personal development
