Since the actual Oprah Winfrey Show stopped airing years ago these new platforms still allow audiences to feel connected to and up to date with the star. She stays up to date with social media, tweeting to over 40 million followers while another 16 million follow her on Instagram. These platforms give a much more personal look into her life, not as much business content like that found on the website.
