Conclusions & Suggestions:
The bank authorities are advised to take the following steps to identify the NPA’s and to prevent
the accumulation of NPA’s in the years to come.
Recovery Policy:
The bank should have a loan recovery policy stipulating the manner of recovery of dues, arbited
level of reduction in NPA’s from 18.38%.The bank had reached the minimum level of NPA’s in
