However, you use a different question for each. For the problem, you would say “How can. . ? For my problem I would need to ask myself the question, how can I continue to move on in my life without my husband by my side? For an issue, you would ask the questions beginning with “Is…? Does…? Or Should…? With the issue in my life, I would say Social Security is not going to be enough for me to live on, but is it going to run out of money while I am still drawing my checks? Social Security seems to be something that Politicians want to mess with, and there always seems to be a threat hanging over our heads that the money that hard working people have paid in will not be there for them
