Other members of the executive team include the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Human Resources, Administration and Security Head. A va-riety of engineers, project managers, land administrators, and geo scientists are the backbone of the company and complete the calculations necessary in order to successfully execute the strate-gic plans from corporate. In April 2013 Noble Energy revealed a new organizational structure to support the material growth they anticipated over the next several years. The goal was to keep a centralized command control structure. Noble Energy has three major operating regions. The first region, U.S. Onshore, is also responsible for their horizontal developments Marcellus Shale and DJ Basin. This division helps facilitate the rapid transfer of best practices and findings between the similar areas. The second region encompasses the East-ern Mediterranean. This high yielding region required its own senior leadership due to the newly formed Israel and Cyprus projects. The third and final region manages all of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, Africa and Frontier. This group allows Noble Energy to truly cultivate and grow their off-shore operations and Exploration projects. Noble Energy also developed a Global Operations Services organization and Corporate Development group to further ensure effective communica-tion, coordination, and integration of efforts across departments. RECENT FINANCIAL PERFORMANCEAccording to NobleEnergy’s Annual Report, over the last 3 years, there have been signifi-cant changes with the financials of the company.
