Evidence piece number 1 has individual characteristics due to the fingerprints found on the glass. When regarding all of the evidence I would say that Evidence piece number 2 would require too much time to locate the original location of the substance and has little effect on the case due to it being class evidence. When regarding Evidence piece number 3 we can lower the possible weapons considering the one we have in place contains fingerprints on it in which we can test to find the user of the weapon. Evidence number 4 also has individual characteristics due to it being a specific hair sample from a person and each piece of hair is different among individuals and can also be used to identify a person. For evidence piece #1 I would do a fingerprint comparison test, because we have two pieces of evidence that contain fingerprints and I would like to see if they are from the same person. For evidence piece #2 I would do toxicology analysis/drug testing to determine what the unknown substance is. For evidence piece #3 I would perform an ballistic/firearm analysis to determine what firearm it is and to find out the flight path of the bullet after it was fired. Finally as for evidence piece #4 I would do a hair analysis test to determine whos hair sample it belongs to. So for evidence number one, when performing a fingerprint comparison you would need to first analyze the prints to see if they are usable. If the print is suitable, the analysis indicates
