Racism interconnects intensely with mentalism, classified as discrimination and violence against individuals of all ethnicities who are thought to be unpredictable or mentally ill. The deaths of Eric Garner and Michael (Mike) Brown, combined with the non-indictment of their murders (Swaine, 2015) have given intensification to an overwhelming outrage which has generated a national movement creating international unity. Gender discrimination is currently a significant aspect of law enforcement, even in the present day of unhurriedly escalating employment fairness. Women encompass only a small percentage of the local law enforcement agencies across the nation. Women in law enforcement are frequently inexplicitly disliked by their male colleagues and several are faced with harassment. In spite of these familiar incidents, women are accountable for their own careers. To address gender-based inequality, law enforcement agencies shouldn’t only attempt to raise the
