Recruit coaches with different backgrounds (majors, culture, and life scenario) to help bring new ideas into the discussion. I will mention if the coaches like the idea of teaching the players lessons weekly and if they would help grow the discussion further every week. Assistant Coach 1. Recruit players. I have these players only for a short amount of time in each day, so I want to make each day as powerful as the next. Our practices will be two hours long and will be pushing them mentally and physically with drills and exercises.
