In this section and based on your workplace, you are now required to develop the key performance indicators (KPI) for staff members of your store as well as for the overall store. There are two tables below: one for the overall store and the other for staff members. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR ORGANISATIONAL PERFORMANCE Team Performance (include all 11 roles of the store, refer to organisation context) For Revenue Generation: o A report is developed for the 5 worst performing categories relating to the money spent by the company. This is reviewed on a quarterly basis. o To be featured in WW publications twice in each year. o To be appeared on WOW TV twice every year. o To introduce one new product by the end of December 2018. For Customers and Quality: o To ensure the high quality of products and for customer, satisfaction meetings are held with the key stakeholders of Woolworths Limited. o Quarterly brainstorming sessions for WW and AWM. o Periodical meetings with researchers of Woolworths. o 6 meetings in a year with the business managers. o 3 meetings per month with the sales team. o 4 meetings per year with the business managers of Woolworths. o Customer feedback is taken by the company, which indicates if the behaviour of the company is in accordance with the roles of the employees.
