Human resources practitioners can only fully perform their job if they have mastered the rules of industry operations, employees, and knowledge of interpersonal relationships. However, they still do not grasp the essence of the competitive environment that their companies face. For example, certain HR professionals know how to use a comprehensive human resources management performance evaluation system. However, a part of the managers are unable to handle a specific and changing business environment. The internet is developing rapidly, more and more companies use the Internet to conduct performance evaluations during the evaluation process. If human resources practitioners lack adequate professional management and operational experience, or need to improve business savvy such as market strategy, market changes, and customer needs, they will not be able to compete with increasingly fierce competition and change. We have studied the theoretical knowledge of human resource management, such as marketing, strategy, technology and human resource functions, laying an important basement for improving own professional capabilities as a human resources practitioner. Definitively, I will continue to learn the theoretical knowledge of human resource management in practice and participate more activities to improve practical ability.

An ethical and credible activist Being a moral and reliable activist is important for Human Resources practitioners because personality and personal branding have become important conditions for the effective fulfillment of Human Resources management. Business ethics is considered to be the basis of Human Resources practitioners' abilities.
