highlights communication mission and vision, information sharing, and employee involvement in decision making. Among these are the most common problems with employee dissatisfaction because they are not all on the same page about the missions and values of the hospitals which is the patients. However, I feel like if HPWP’s were implemented that MHS would lose a lot of their employees because they have no reason to be there and do not perform up to the standards of the Baldridge program. This would be very costly for the health system because if they lose so many employees who don’t deserve to be there, who will run the hospital and see the patients?

Cope 6 Case M “A communication plan is a policy-driven approach to providing stakeholders with information” (What is a communication plan). A communication plan needs to be made in order to effectively communicate the changes that are going to happen at MHS. All of the following need to be included in the communication plan to ensure the message gets delivered effectively: an established audience, the type of message, the delivery method, a schedule, and message source. All of these components can answer the five basic questions: Who? What? How? When? Owner?
